About the Studio
Our Story
The Dance Connection is a staple small business in Pacific and a huge part of the community. Nearly 35 years ago, two teenagers set out on a dream to create something special., After countless numbers of years dedicated to serving the community and building families of their own, Julie Bukowsky and Tonya Barnes retired from studio life.
In 2023, Julie Bukowksy transferred ownership to Jessica Donnelly, a former TDC dancer. After two years of co-ownership, Tonya Barnes transferred full ownership of the studio to Jessica Donnelly.

The Dance Connection continues to serve the Pacific community providing fine arts education to students every week. As part of our commitment to community, we have participated in homecoming parades and given donations to many programs including the MVRIII Bridge Foundation and Pacific High School Sports Club.
